Jaylie's Birthday

Jaylie turned 3 on the 15th. My mom and dad came up the weekend before her birthday to watch the kids for us. They brought the presents from my family with them, so we let her open them.

She got this purple outfit with bows and a littlest pet shop cat from Kenny, Jamie, Kaitlyn, & Braden.

The day of her birthday was our ward party. She is usually scared to sit on santa's lap, but she was so excited to tell him that it was her birthday. He asked her how old she was and all she could say was its my birthday.

Kollin wasn't sure what to think of him.

Saturday we had Jaylie's birthday party with the family. She wanted to be a princess for her birthday and have a princess cake.

Kollin

Kollin is getting so big, here are couple of things he's learned. He holds the phone up to his ear and says "ho." He loves to play peek-a-boo. He can now do patty cake. He now has 4 teeth and still waiting for the fifth one to break through. He is also trying to walk, he can take 4 steps.

Thanksgiving

We went to Beaver this year for Thanksgiving. It was nice to have all of us together for thanksgiving.

This violin used to be my brothers. My grandma kept it to let the kids play with it. Jaylie absolutely loves it. We lost the bow to it so she went and grabbed a pencil to use. She knows how to hold it cause one time at story time they had a lady come and talk about music she had a little violin that she showed Jaylie how to hold it.

Halloween

We gutted our pumpkins the night before Halloween. We got Jaylie to gut her own pumpkin, she wasn't sure about it at first, she said that it was slimmy.

We started our day off by going over to Huntington to go trick-or-treating to all the aunts, uncles and Grandparents. We came home and carved pumpkins, well Jason and I carved them, Jaylie was down for a nap and we couldn't get her to wake up. Jaylie was a cowgirl and Kollin was a monkey (some thought he was a dog). Jaylie riding off to go trick-or-treating.

Jaylie wanted us to dress up to, so we did, Jason was a cowboy and I was a doctor.

Fun with Dad

Jason had some time off work so we took advantage of it. He's been working so hard lately, it was nice to get to spend some family time with him. We went out shooting, Kollin and Jaylie would play in the back of the truck.

One day we went for a picnic up the canyon to show Jaylie the colored leaves.

Jaylie really like the leaves especially the red ones. She carried this leaf where ever she went.

Jaylie loved having her daddy home.

Kollin 7 & 8 months.

So here are some pictures of Kollin at 7 months. He has offically started crawling, no more army crawl. He pulls himself up on things. He is such a joy to have around.

He loves his new bathtub.

Kollin 8 months old. He got one tooth. He tries to standup in the middle of the floor & climb on things. He is a daring little guy, he pulls himself up to stand and then lets go. He is such a happy baby.
